(Dallas) – Akin advised San Isidro Energy Company II, LLC, a privately held independent oil and gas company, in its acquisition, along with other members of a consortium, of certain oil and gas assets in South Texas for $82 million through a Section 363 sale in Alpine’s Chapter 11 case, and in its negotiation of a related acquisition financing facility.
