(London) – Akin today announced that Natasha Kaye joins as a tax partner in London, strengthening the firm’s global market-leading tax practice.
Kaye has been a partner at Cooley for nine years. Her addition to Akin follows the recent arrival of a global technology transactions team, including Justin Stock, Stephen Rosen and David Bresnick, who joined the firm’s London office in September. “Our tax practice plays a key role in delivering the sophisticated, commercial advice our clients expect, particularly in complex cross-border transactions,” said Akin co-chair Abid Qureshi. “Natasha’s deep experience and stellar market reputation further strengthens our ability to support clients in private equity, technology, and life sciences.”
Partner in charge of London Sebastian Rice said, “Natasha’s hire is another significant step for our London office and is a continuation of our growth in the transactions space. Natasha’s sophisticated experience deepens our tax offering, in-line with market trends to meet client needs.”
