(New York) – Bessemer Investors LLC, a New York-based investment firm, announced today that it has made a strategic investment in RotoCo, LLC, the largest U.S. and Canadian franchisee of the plumbing, drain cleaning and water cleanup service Roto-Rooter. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Akin Gump represented Bessemer in the deal.
