Akin Gump Advises Genesis Energy in $142 Million Public Offering

(Houston) – Akin Gump advised Genesis Energy, L.P., a master limited partnership, in a $142.6 million underwritten public offering of 4.6 million common units representing limited partner interests. Genesis will use the net proceeds from the offering for general partnership purposes, including funding acquisitions or repaying a portion of the borrowings outstanding under its revolving credit facility.
