Akin Gump Advises Halyard Capital in Sale of StratEx

(New York) – New York-based private equity firm Halyard Capital announced today the sale of its portfolio company, StratEx, to Toast. Akin Gump advised Halyard in the deal.
Corporate partner David D’Urso led the Akin Gump team advising Halyard. He was joined by counsel Sarah Withers and associate Ross Karlik.
