(New York) – Akin Gump advised Kennedy Lewis Investment Management LLC, a New York-based investment firm, in its takeover of Flywheel Sports.
Kennedy Lewis served as a lender to Flywheel and now owns a majority of the company.
Daniel Fisher, a corporate partner at Akin Gump and co-head of the firm’s integrated special situations group, led the team advising Kennedy Lewis.
