(London) – International law firm Akin Gump has advised European payments provider Online Payments Group on English law and U.S. law aspects of its acquisition by Pennsylvania-based integrated payments company Shift4 for $125.9 million.

The Akin Gump team advising Online Payments Group was led by London corporate partner Gavin Weir with associate Alla Barford in relation to English law, together with corporate partner Dan Walsh, counsel Elizabeth Atkins and associate Ashish Alexander in relation to U.S. law.
