(Los Angeles) – Jaunt Inc., a leading partner for producing and distributing immersive content, has partnered with XYZ Films in a first look deal for all of XYZ’s upcoming virtual reality projects. Akin Gump advised XYZ Films in the matter.
XYZ Films, an integrated production and sales company, has become a top destination for directorial talent. Jaunt Studios has produced and distributed more than 300 pieces of immersive content and has aggregated the largest library of immersive content that is licensed to distributors throughout the globe.
Vanessa Roman, counsel in the entertainment practice at Akin Gump, negotiated the partnership on behalf of XYZ Films.
