(Washington, D.C.) – Akin Gump has once again been named to Global Investigations Review’s GIR 30, a list of the top 30 law firms in the world for handling sophisticated cross-border government-led and internal investigations. Akin Gump has now been included in the list in each of the five years it has been published.

The GIR 30 is part of the GIR 100, an annual guide to the world’s leading firms for corporate investigations. The list is based on extensive research and determined through a formula that includes the number of active cases at a firm, the profile level of those matters, the number of leading figures at a firm and other criteria.
