(Dallas) – Akin Gump counseled Brazos Private Equity Partners in its new partnership with Southern Tide, LLC., a South Carolina-based apparel company. Brazos will provide Southern Tide with the necessary financial and operational resources to support future growth of the business.
The Akin Gump corporate team was led by Dallas partner Thomas Yang and included counsel Iain Wood and associate Mitchell Griffith.
