(Dallas) – Akin Gump will host a CLE program on Thursday, May 16, titled, “Just Good Business: Mitigating Environmental Liability and Responding to Environmental Inspection and Enforcement Actions.”

This Environmental Law Institute signature Master Class aims to provide in-depth insight and technical perspective to participants from prominent environmental professionals. Panelists, including Akin Gump environment and natural resources practice head David Quigley, partner Stacey Mitchell and consultant Kenneth Markowitz, and congressional investigations practice co-head Rafi Prober and partner Karen Christian, will explore environmental compliance and management strategies, and the interplay with government (including with Congress) that follows.

The program will be offered via webinar and live in Akin Gump’s Dallas office.
