Akin Gump Trade Counsel Devin S. Sikes Reappointed by USTR to USMCA Chapter 10 Roster

(Washington, D.C.) – Devin S. Sikes, counsel in Akin Gump’s international trade practice, has been reappointed by the U.S. Trade Representative to the U.S. roster for U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) Chapter 10 disputes. These address appeals challenging antidumping and countervailing duty determinations.

This is Mr. Sikes’ second reappointment, dating back to 2020 when he was appointed to what was then the U.S. roster for North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) Chapter 19 disputes (learn more here).
