(California) Akin has launched its AI Law & Regulation Tracker, a platform focused on key trends affecting artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies to keep readers ahead of the curve. Akin’s AI Tracker is led by an international, cross-practice AI industry team in the fields of policy, national security, intellectual property, data privacy, and health, with support across all firm practices.

Akin’s AI Tracker contains curated global coverage of high-impact Al & ML developments, bringing together information on legal issues, policy matters, regulatory efforts, and more. The Tracker’s searchable database offers a resource for quick access to important updates, as well as an archive to provide a comprehensive understanding of a rapidly evolving landscape.

“Artificial intelligence, and generative AI in particular, is reshaping business operations across industries. We developed the AI Tracker to help clients stay informed and navigate these significant transformations,” said Shiva Aminian, co-head of Akin’s technology group. “With our global team, we are well positioned to guide along the path towards responsible AI through regulatory compliance, shaping U.S. policy, intellectual property safeguards, proactive litigation risk management and investment decisions. This robust approach tackles the full range of legal challenges, empowering our clients to innovate with confidence and responsibility.”
