Akin Welcomes Fund Finance Partner Corinne Musa in New York

(New York) – Akin is pleased to announce that Corinne Musa has joined the firm as a corporate & finance partner in its New York office, where she will focus on fund finance transactions.
Corinne’s practice is focused on the representation of borrowers and alternative lenders in fund finance transactions. She concentrates on subscription credit facilities, NAV and hybrid credit facilities, and management fee and GP lines of credit for private credit, private equity and other funds.
