Best Lawyers in America 2021 Recognizes 80 Akin Lawyers
Contact:
(Washington, D.C.) – Eighty Akin Gump lawyers have been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2021, the publication’s 27th edition.
Two Akin Gump lawyers have been recognized as “Lawyer of the Year,” which recognizes one lawyer per practice area in each metro region: Steven D. Maslowski (Litigation - Patent; Philadelphia) and Steven R. Ross (Government Relations Practice; Washington, D.C.).
In addition, 16 Akin Gump lawyers have been recognized in the inaugural edition of “Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch,” which recognizes attorneys who are earlier in their careers for outstanding professional excellence in private practice in the United States.
Best Lawyers has been published annually since 1983, ranking lawyers solely through peer–review surveys, compiling lists of outstanding attorneys in which thousands of leading lawyers confidentially evaluate their peers.
