HCA Closes on Divestiture of Oklahoma Hospital Operations and Lease Termination

(Dallas) – HCA has closed on a deal involving the divestiture of its hospital operations in Oklahoma, including Oklahoma University Medical Center and OUMC Edmond, to an affiliate of University Hospitals Authority and Trust (UHAT). In addition, HCA has terminated its lease from UHAT of The Children’s Hospital at Oklahoma University Medical Center as well as an associated joint operating agreement.
