Jaelyn Judelson Named to National Bar Association’s Top 40 Under 40

(Los Angeles) – Jaelyn Edwards Judelson, senior counsel in the international trade practice at Akin Gump, has been selected as a member of the 2020-2021 class of the National Bar Association’s Top 40 Under 40: Nation's Best Advocates. The awards recognize the nation’s top 40 lawyers under the age of 40, “who exemplify a broad range of high achievement in the legal field, including in advocacy, innovation, vision, leadership and overall legal and community involvement.”
Ms. Judelson advises clients on various aspects of regulatory compliance affecting international business. Her practice has a particular emphasis on regulations applicable to dual-use goods and technology. She also assists clients with global investigations and compliance, including export controls, economic sanctions, anticorruption and antibribery.
The National Bar Association is the United States’ oldest and largest national network of predominantly African-American attorneys and judges. It represents the interests of approximately 65,000 lawyers, judges, law professors and law students.
