NYC Bar Association Names Two Akin Gump Lawyers to Associate Leadership Institute

(New York) – Kristen Chin and Shanna Miles, litigation associates at Akin Gump, have been named to the New York City Bar Association’s 2020 Associate Leadership Institute.
The Institute, run by the Bar Association’s Office for Diversity & Inclusion and now in its fourth year, is a series of high-level development trainings for mid-level and senior associates. The program includes intensive career advancement and leadership training, and includes keynote speakers and networking opportunities.
Other Akin Gump lawyers who have participated in the Associate Leadership Institute in the past include investment management counsel Amanda Butler-Jones, corporate counsel Tiffanye Threadcraft, and litigation counsel Richard Williams Jr. and associate David Bethea.
