(Philadelphia) – Akin Gump intellectual property partner Matthew Pearson has been selected as one of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s “Best of the Bar 2020” honorees.

This annual list honors 40 local lawyers who, in the past 12 months, “have distinguished themselves in their practice specialties.” Mr. Pearson and all the other honorees will be recognized at a virtual ceremony on October 29.

Earlier this year, Mr. Pearson was selected for inclusion in the 2020 edition of the IAM Patent 1000, a guide of leading private practice patent lawyers in the United States. (Click here to learn more.)
