The Legal 500 UK 2022 Names Four Akin Partners to Hall of Fame; Recognizes Numerous Akin Gump Lawyers and Practices

(London) – The Legal 500 United Kingdom 2022 has named four Akin Gump partners to its prestigious Hall of Fame, and recognized a number of Akin Gump lawyers in the firm’s London office as being among the leaders in their respective fields. This annual, independent guide ranks law firm practices, recommends lawyers and provides editorial analysis of law firms operating in the United Kingdom.
For the eighth consecutive year, Akin Gump’s financial restructuring practice received top rankings in the Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency category. Financial restructuring partners James Roome and Barry G. Russell were both named in The Legal 500’s Hall of Fame for the fourth year in a row, and Helen Marshall (litigation) and John Daghlian (investment funds) made their debut to the Hall of Fame list this year. Mr. Russell was also named a “leading individual” along with the following Akin Gump partners:
