The Legal 500 US 2019 Recommends Akin Gump Practices and 100+ Lawyers

(Washington, D.C.) – The Legal 500, in its 12th edition of The Legal 500 United States 2019, has highlighted a number of Akin Gump practices and lawyers as leaders in their respective areas. According to the publication, the rankings decisions involved careful consideration of evaluations given by law firms, their peers and clients.

For the fourth year in a row, Akin Gump ranked as a top-tier firm in two categories of finance - restructuring (including bankruptcy): corporate and government - government relations. The Legal 500 US has also recognized nine Akin Gump lawyers as “Leading Lawyers” and three as “Next Generation Lawyers” in their respective fields.

This is the sixth consecutive recognition for Mr. Vine, the fifth for Mr. Golden and third for Mr. Burke.
