USTR Reappoints Devin S. Sikes to USMCA Roster for Chapter 10 Disputes Resolution

Akin international trade counsel Devin S. Sikes has been reappointed by the U.S. Trade Representative to the U.S. roster for U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) Chapter 10 disputes. These address appeals challenging antidumping and countervailing duty determinations.

This is Devin’s third reappointment. He was first appointed, in 2020, to the U.S. roster for North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) Chapter 19 disputes (learn more here). The appointment will run from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024.
