Alex is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. She assists public & private companies in mergers & acquisitions (M&A), securities, finance transactions, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Alex was a Strauss Diversity & Inclusion Scholar at Akin. Prior to law school, she worked at a public education law firm.

Alex earned her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where she was an articles editor for the Dukeminier Awards Journal. She earned her B.A. in English, with a minor in statistics, from the University of California, Berkeley.
