Alexandra is an associate in the firm’s financial restructuring practice. She represents clients in a variety of complex restructuring matters and advises creditors and other stakeholders in chapter 11 proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm, Alexandra was an associate for another international law firm based in New York City.
Alexandra earned her B.A. magna cum laude from Davidson College. She earned her J.D. cum laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where she was a member of the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy.
- Yellow Corporation: Counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the chapter 11 cases of Yellow Corporation, an American-based trucking and transportation services company that operated one of the largest less-than-truckload networks in North America, involving over $1.2 billion of liabilities.
- Steward Health Care: Counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the chapter 11 case of Steward Health Care, the largest private, physician-led health care network in the U.S.
- Endo International: Counsel to the Official Committee of Opioid Claimants in the chapter 11 cases of Endo International and its affiliates, an American-Irish generics and specialty branded pharmaceutical company, involving hundreds of billions of dollars of asserted claims.
