Alexis Davis is an associate in the projects and energy transition practice at Akin. Alexis represents sponsors, lenders, and investors in complex project financings of large-scale utility, commercial and community renewable energy generation facilities including debt and tax equity financing and mergers and acquisitions. She also assists sponsors with early-stage project development.
Previously, Alexis was an associate at a large international law firm in Washington, D.C. She earned her J.D. from Howard University School of Law, where she was an Environmental Justice Center Fellow and a student attorney in the Investor Justice and Education Clinic.
