Alissa is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice, where she advises private and public companies on a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Alissa earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she was notes editor of the Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law. She earned a B.A. from Princeton University in politics and served as a civic intern for Rep. John Garamendi (D-CA).
