Alyssa is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. She assists public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Alyssa was previously a Diversity & Inclusion Scholar at Akin.

Alyssa earned her J.D. & M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. While in law school, she founded the Native American & Indigenous Business Association. Alyssa also served as co-chair for the Native American Law Students Association and as managing editor for the La Raza Law Journal.
