Amy is an Associate in the corporate practice of the London office.

Amy’s practice focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), co-investments, joint ventures, private equity transactions and general corporate matters. She advises major corporates, private equity houses, asset managers and management teams across a range of industries.

Prior to joining Akin, Amy trained and practiced at a magic circle law firm in London. She has spent time on secondment on a leading financial services group.
