- Represents asset managers and companies on special situations, liability management and capital markets transactions.
- Advises on debt and equity exchanges, securities regulation and corporate governance.
- Also represents issuers and investors in public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities.
Anthony has extensive experience in special situations transactions, traditional capital markets matters and corporate governance. He provides guidance to asset managers and their portfolio companies during key stages of the investment life cycle on a broad array of corporate matters and strategic investments. Anthony also represents credit investors and distressed companies in complex recapitalization and refinancing transactions.
