- Represents issuers and investors in public offerings and private placements.
- Advises on equity and debt exchanges, securities regulation and corporate governance.
Anthony has extensive experience in special situations and capital markets matters representing credit investors and distressed companies in complex recapitalization and refinancing transactions.
He advises clients on:

- Tender offers
- In- and out-of-court restructurings
- Exchange Act reporting
- Stock exchange rules
- Corporate governance matters
- General corporate matters
In addition, Anthony has significant experience representing issuers and investors in public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities.
Representative Work
- Advised Terran Orbital Corporation, a leading small satellite manufacturer primarily serving the United States aerospace and defense industry, in its merger with Tailwind Two Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company.
- Advised a leading global cloud networking provider on securities and corporate matters during the company’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
