Arman focuses his practice on commercial real estate, renewable energy project finance and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Akin, Arman worked as a legal extern in Mexico City. He previously interned for the East Bay Community Law Center in California in its Education Defense & Justice for Youth Clinic.   

Arman earned his J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law, where he was a Dean’s Scholar and served as co-chair of the Middle Eastern and North African Law Students Association.  

Arman currently serves on the DEI Council of Akin’s Los Angeles office.
