Atena is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. She assists public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Atena earned her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, where she served as co-founder and president of the Middle Eastern and North African Law Society. She was also a writing fellow for two years, a student attorney in the Family Justice Litigation Clinic and a notes editor for the Federal Communications Law Journal.
