Beatrice is an associate in the corporate practice. She advises clients on a range of corporate matters, including complex debt and equity capital markets transactions, corporate governance, securities law and shareholder activism.

Prior to joining Akin, Beatrice practiced at another leading global law firm in New York focusing on capital markets.

Beatrice received her LL.B. with first class honors from University College London. She is admitted to the bar in New York and Singapore.
