Braden is a counsel in the corporate practice, with a focus on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing. He has also negotiated financing facilities for real estate acquisitions and construction projects.
Prior to joining Akin, Braden was an associate at another global law firm where he represented real estate developers in various transactions.
Braden received his J.D. and a Graduate Certificate in Law and Business from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was an Articles Editor for the Vanderbilt Law Review and a recipient of the Scholastic Excellence Award in Corporations. He also holds an M.S. in Finance from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management and a B.S. in Psychology and Criminology, cum laude, from The Ohio State University.
