  • Assists clients on the development and financing of energy & infrastructure projects.
  • Practice focuses on tax equity & debt financing matters involving projects & energy transition.

Candis represents sponsors, investors, lenders, private investment funds and project companies with renewable energy products involved in the development and financing of energy & infrastructure projects.

Candis focuses her practice on tax equity & debt financing, minority investments, project acquisitions and joint ventures (JVs) with wind, solar and other alternative energy projects.

Representative Work
  • Advised a sponsor on a revolving development loan facility to fund an approximately 6-gigawatt (GW) renewable development pipeline.
  • Advised a sponsor on a joint venture and tax equity investment in a 250-megawatt (MW) solar project in Pecos County, Texas.
  • Advised the representation of the buyer on the acquisition of interests in a 300-MW solar project and 160-MW portfolio of solar projects in California.
  • Advised the seller on the disposition of a sponsor’s interests in a portfolio of wind projects and substation projects in Idaho.
  • Advised a buyer on the acquisition of interests in a 196-MW wind project in Glasscock County, Texas.
  • Advised an investor on the tax equity investment in a 419-MW wind project in Texas.
  • Advised an investor on the tax equity investment in a 525-MW wind project in Texas.
  • Advised an investor on the tax equity investment in a portfolio of wind projects being repowered in Texas.
  • Advised a lender on the development loan for a portfolio of solar projects.
  • Advised a sponsor on the mezzanine financing for the acquisition of a 300-MW solar project in Texas.
  • Advised a sponsor on the construction financing and mezzanine financing for a 158-MW wind project in Borden County, Texas.
  • Advised a sponsor on the joint venture for the development of a cryptomining data center.
