Candis focuses her practice on tax equity & debt financing, minority investments, project acquisitions and joint ventures (JVs) with wind, solar and other alternative energy projects.
- Advised a sponsor on a revolving development loan facility to fund an approximately 6-gigawatt (GW) renewable development pipeline.
- Advised a sponsor on a joint venture and tax equity investment in a 250-megawatt (MW) solar project in Pecos County, Texas.
- Advised the representation of the buyer on the acquisition of interests in a 300-MW solar project and 160-MW portfolio of solar projects in California.
- Advised the seller on the disposition of a sponsor’s interests in a portfolio of wind projects and substation projects in Idaho.
- Advised a buyer on the acquisition of interests in a 196-MW wind project in Glasscock County, Texas.
