Catherine has extensive experience at the intersection of private credit financings and the capital markets, and has in-depth knowledge of the securities law aspects of special situations transactions. She has broad experience representing borrowers and issuers in senior secured debt financings and a variety of public and private equity and debt securities offerings.
Catherine has a strong track record representing credit investors, distressed companies and private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a wide range of financing transactions. These include bespoke credit facilities, debtor-in-possession financings and traditional leveraged financings.
Her capital markets experience includes high yield offerings, tender and exchange offers and initial public offerings.
Catherine has worked with funds including Apollo, CI Capital Partners, Gamut Capital, Sagewind Capital and Chatham Asset Management, among others.
