- Corey focuses on corporate finance matters and M&A.
Corey is an associate in our corporate practice, supporting clients across a spectrum of corporate concerns, with a focus on mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and corporate finance.
Corey earned his J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. In addition, he served as articles editor for the SMU Law Review Association and editorial assistant for the SMU Robert B. Rowling Center for Business Law and Leadership.
