Daniel represents clients in all areas of real estate and real estate finance, including acquisitions and dispositions, financings, joint ventures, capital raises, preferred equity investments, ground leases, workouts and restructurings. He regularly advises real estate sponsors and developers, funds, REITs and other institutional investors in their capacities as lenders, borrowers, investors and managers.
He counsels clients on structuring, restructuring and managing complex real estate debt & equity investments and investment vehicles across varied property types. Daniel also advises on real estate aspects of private equity-backed and other mergers & acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
