- Focuses on corporate transactions involving public companies and private equity funds, as well as their portfolio companies.
Daniel is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. He assists public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance and general corporate matters.
Daniel earned his law degree in Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey and his LL.M. from Harvard Law School, where he received the Dean’s Award for Community Leadership. There he also served as the class co-president and was a member of the Harvard Association for Law and Business.
