Devin advises on a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, construction and development projects, financings and joint ventures (JVs). He has advised on matters and transactions involving real estate located in key regions across the globe.

In particular, Devin’s practice focuses on the data center market, where he is widely known for advising clients in connection with data center development, including the design, construction, financing, management, and leasing of data centers and co-location facilities. Devin has successfully led the negotiation and execution of dozens of data center lease agreements with the world’s largest hyperscale data center tenants.

Devin has represented clients, both domestically and internationally, in the purchase, development, operation and sale of industrial projects, major office buildings, mixed-use projects, self-storage facilities, shipping centers and multifamily projects. Devin also represents corporate clients in the real estate aspects of their transactions.

Devin earned his J.D. cum laude from Texas Tech University School of Law, where he served as articles editor for the Texas Tech Law Review. He also served on the editorial board of the Texas Bank Lawyer journal.
