Ekaterina Lyashenko advises in taxation issues on corporate transactions.

During studies for an LL.M. in taxation from the New York University School of Law, Ekaterina was a graduate student editor of the Tax Law Review. While earning her J.D. from the Saint Louis University School of Law, she was an editor of the Saint Louis University Law Journal. She also holds an undergraduate degree in biochemistry from Loyola University in Chicago.
