Erin Peek assists clients with a variety of complex litigation matters. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, white collar defense matters, and internal and government-facing investigations. She represents domestic and international clients in a variety of government enforcement matters, commercial civil litigation cases, and internal investigations.
Erin also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Earlier in her career, Erin served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Justice David E. Nahmias of the Supreme Court of Georgia.
