- Extensive experience representing private credit investors in a wide range of direct lending and private credit transactions.
Fred advises private credit funds, private equity sponsors and other financial institutions on a wide variety of debt financing and restructuring transactions, with an emphasis on advising private credit funds in connection with complex leveraged buyouts and acquisition financings.
Fred has extensive experience performing credit analyses on debt instruments and advising clients on intercreditor and AAL dynamics in multi-tranche credit structures.
He works with his clients across the entire life cycle of financing transactions, from structuring and loan origination to out-of-court restructuring transactions, including special situations financings and liability management transactions.
