Harris is an associate in the restructuring litigation practice. He focuses primarily on complex civil litigation, securities litigation, bankruptcy and restructuring litigation, and corporate governance and compliance matters.

Prior to joining Akin, Harris clerked for The Honorable Randy Crane on the U.S. District Court in McAllen, Texas.

Harris earned his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law. He earned his B.A. in international affairs magna cum laude from The George Washington University.
