Ivan is an associate in the tax practice of Akin’s London office.

Ivan advises on a wide range of corporate tax matters, with a particular focus on investment funds, corporate transactions and financial restructurings. Ivan provides tax advice in both domestic and international settings to a range of clients in the corporate and private capital sectors.

Prior to joining Akin, Ivan trained as a solicitor at another large international law firm, qualifying into its tax department in London.
