Biography
James is an associate in the litigation and international arbitration team at our London office. He has a strong background in complex commercial disputes, with experience in a wide range of contractual, tortious and public law claims in a variety of Court and arbitral forums.
Representative Work
- Acted on a multi-billion Euro ICC arbitration arising from a joint venture dispute.
- Acted on the first ever judicial review of a forced divestiture under the National Security and Investment Act 2021.
