Jeremy is an associate in the labor and employment practice. He advises clients on labor and employment matters arising in the context of mergers & acquisitions (M&A), financial restructurings and other corporate transactions.

Prior to joining Akin, Jeremy served as an assistant corporation counsel in the Labor and Employment Division at the New York City Law Department. He also practiced as an M&A/private equity (PE) associate at another leading global law firm in New York City.

Jeremy received his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was a member of the Labor and Employment Law Society Board. He received his B.S. in communications, graduating with honors from Oneonta State College, State University of New York.
