Jessica represents clients in investigations and enforcement proceedings initiated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S. Department of Justice and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Her experience includes assisting with an internal investigation on behalf of a high-frequency trading firm in connection with a DOJ investigation related to cryptocurrency derivatives trading on offshore exchanges.
