- Counsels clients on various corporate and regulatory issues in China inbound and outbound transactions.
- Represents clients in the Greater China area in U.S. government investigations, internal investigations and compliance matters, including with respect to U.S. sanctions and export controls.
Jingli’s practice focuses on regulatory and corporate advice for Asia-based clients in connection with U.S. laws and policy, with a focus on regulatory requirements for international trade and cross-border transactions, such as in-bound and outbound regulatory restrictions, export controls and sanctions. She has significant experience in advising on complex regulatory, geopolitical and corporate issues for multinational companies in the high-tech sectors, as well as large Chinese state-owned and private companies in high-profile transactions.
Prior to joining Akin in 2014, Jingli worked for PetroChina International, China’s largest state-owned oil & gas company’s international investment division.
