Jordan advises fund managers, sponsors, investors and other clients in connection with the formation and operation of private investment funds, including hedge funds and private equity funds.

Jordan earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was the Vice President of the Vanderbilt Law and Business Society. Prior to law school, Jordan worked as a technology consultant in Austin, Texas.
