Biography
Joseph represents clients facing complex and politically-sensitive government investigations and related criminal, civil and regulatory proceedings.
Mr. DiPiero is counsel in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Prior to joining Akin, Joseph served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert B. King of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

- Represented a leading technology company in connection with a congressional investigation concerning the company’s internal practices and communications with the federal government.
- Represented a major financial institution in connection with multiple high-profile congressional investigations and related matters, concerning the institution’s reported business dealings with former senior government officials.
